I would give zero stars or negative stars if possible. We spent thousands of dollars on funeral flowers for my grandfather, and all the floral sprays were extremely small, sparse, and made of inexpensive flowers. We paid premium to have more ‘lush’ arrangements and they did not deliver. Even after speaking to Amy about our disappointment, she did not offer any acknowledgement or even take action to improve the arrangements prior to services. There was plenty of time and opportunity. I feel that we were taken complete advantage of during a difficult time for our family. Our extended family purchased flower sprays at a neighboring florist for 25% less and they were DOUBLE the size.
Ordered the picture on the right with lillies, received the picture on the left. A hundred dollars on Valentine's day. Delivery was supposed to be at 1pm. They call me at 1230 saying they didn't have the Lilly and asked if they could substitute. Kinda didn't have any options since they had less than 30 minutes to deliver. Complete waste of money. Will never purchase here again.
FJ Florolist is my favorite floral store. I can get arrangements and live plants I want to meet my budget. And, they look beautiful.
