I went to the funeral home again on the 29th and the 30th and still no flowers. I called several more times and each time I was directed to voicemail with no return phone call.

They are crooks and I assume that they are no longer in business or just scamming people.
I received the most beautiful arrangement of a mixture of flowers in fall colors including purple (my fave!) for my birthday. The flowers are gorgeous and very fresh. The selection of flowers is exceptional and I couldn't be more pleased. The arrangement was ordered over the phone by my family member who lives in WA state, so she wasn't in the store to select the flowers and had to trust D'Elegance to choose them. When I told her how beautiful it was... She was so very happy. I'd recommend D'Elegance Florist.
The person answered the phone then quickly hung up. I called back and left a voice mail message for a call back but never received one.

I ordered flowers for a funeral on 12/28/16 and paid over $200. When I arrived at the funeral the flowers I ordered were not there. I called the number on my receipt and the call was forwarded to a different number.
I have again reached out several times to get my money back but the company will not pickup its line when I call. I have even tried calling them from a different number with no luck.
My next phone call is to our local news stations so that they can do a story about this business and keep other people from getting scammed to. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I have now submitted a complaint to the BBB in Houston and would not recommend that anyone do business with this company. They are fast to charge my card but not take my call or deliver the product I paid for.
