The Orchid Florist has been great. We placed a large order of 5 to be shipped to multiple locations of businesses my firm works with all around Houston and they've been wonderful. The clients have all commented on how lovely the Orchids were and when one of them had some address issues, they worked through a long process to help us track them down and reroute it several days later. They've been courteous and a great business to work with. I hope we get to work with them on something soon.
DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE. I ordered flowers from "From You Flowers" and this is the florist that they used. I paid $60 for a "deluxe" arrangement for my boyfriend's mom and they gave her something worse than the "standard". It was all greenery, like 10 flowers and on top of that they delivered at 6:20! After hours of being on the phone they accepted to give me a refund but the florists wants their flowers back! How disgusting! So on top of the horrible, stressful experience they're going to take the flowers away from her! Just know that if you get an arrangement from here it might be someone else's reject!
I asked for pink and yellow roses in a vase and that's what I got in such a beautiful fashion to boot! I ordered over the phone and the people were very nice. My order was ready when I arrived. Thanks y'all!
