I will NEVER, EVER, NEVER EVER, order flowers from this place again. The reason I chose it was because I had used the florist when I lived in Houston. I think it was a "Phone Order" Internet type setup that foreigners from out of the country order flowers for you. PLEASE BEWARE OF WHO YOU ORDER FROM - I thought I was ordering local'.
I ordered a funeral spray on Friday for a service on Monday. The funeral home was about a mile away. I received a call on MONDAY from someone at a phone number that was obviously not from Texas that the order had been messed up and they didn't know what I ordered. I was just sick because the funeral spray was expensive and was for my favorite Aunt's funeral. The spray was SMALL, not like the picture, and the CARD DIDN'T EVEN HAVE OUR NAMES ON IT! I knew it was our flowers because I had asked for a banner with "BELOVED AUNT" on it. I went over to the spray and looked on the back of the card - there was an explanation of the color of flowers. NO NAMES, NO MESSAGE. So I wrote THE NAMES ON THE FRONT OF THE CARD MYSELF which on the card said "Jennie, see the back of the card!!!".
