Very rude customer service. I didn't even get to ask if I was speaking to a florist before being told I was rude by a male answering the phone. I simply wanted to talk to a florist and not an answering service so I could describe my desired purchase. If you can't make it past hello, you aren't going to get business.
First time ordering flowers online with Killion, I live in Decatur and my Grandmother lives in Houston it was hard to choose which florist to use but I am satisfied with my choice.My grandmother loved the arrangement. Awesome Quality for the price!!
I just received these flowers for my birthday and they are beautiful. They took all of the pollen out of the lilies ( they make a mess when they fall off), and they smell amazing! Definitely recommending this place to anyone that needs beautiful flowers in the area!
