Ordered Tulips and they delivered Daisies. The fine print does say that they can substitute, shame on me for not calling the florist directly. Would definitely not order from them again!
I wanted to order something special for my niece's wedding, as I live out of state & was unable to attend. Designer Cindy worked with me telephonically & through text photos of my niece's existing wedding flowers & color scheme to create a gorgeous & unique floral door hanger. The piece coordinated perfectly with the other flowers, & the wedding party was absolutely thrilled. Cindy was very friendly & accommodating & went above & beyond my expectations. I was so proud to have been able to send such a beautiful piece. The best!
I had almost forgotten a friend's birthday, and I called Clear Lake Flowers late in the day. They were very accommodating and happy to help me! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly, funny, and helpful. He described bouquets to me and helped me choose one over the phone. They helped me out even though I had waited till the last minute. Thanks for helping me to make a friend feel special!
Ordered a bouquet for a retirement party. The flowers were simply beautiful. They did an excellent job was asked over and over again where I got them.
Friendly people. A little pricy, but they do very good work and have some awesome arrangements. Ken the owner knows how to run a business. This store has been there for a long time. I'm thinking over 20 years.
