I ordered a birthday arrangement from teleflora and it so happened this was the florist that delivered. The arrangement I paid for was the premium and what was delivered was less than a simple. I ordered the little chickadee arrangement and it didn't even have the flowers arranged as it should. Looked more like someone just grabbed 2 different kinds of flowers and put then on the small vase. Definitely not what I expected, would have wanted my niece to receive the beautiful bouquet that I wanted for her!
owner has no customer service skills. what so ever if your thinking about giving these people your business don't!!!!! every single review they have earned fare and square so i wouldn't use them if i were you because your just going to waste your money and time !!!
My daughter sent me flowers for Mother's Day they did a great job with the arrangement and special delivery. This was excellent customer service.
I dont even wish to give this a 1 star! We ordered a zen arrangement paid $55+ tax and delivery and they delivered an orchid in a clay pot (available in Chinatown for $10). I am so mad to have dealt with such petty thieves!
I was very satisfied with this florist. I am a baker and my customer requested live flowers for her cake. I showed the photo to Janie and she was more than helpful when it came to recreating the look. Amazing customer service, reasonable pricing, and very punctual. Will definitely recommend them to others!
