My wife and I went there this evening looking for a broom but instead left with a lovely little piece of backyard/patio furniture. What was even better was the advice and help we received from the store manager, Ana, who not only answered out initial questions but also helped us load it up and even gave us nylon string to help tie it down in our truck. All this while the store was humming and buzzing with people on a Friday evening. We just wanted to say thanks to Ana and the staff for not only keeping the store orderly but the friendly help they provide that goes beyond what you might normally expect. Cheers
You have to wait a long ass line just to make a return on a product that was sold to me defective. This is the only location I've ever been to that makes customers wait in the check-out line to make returns/exchanges. All the other ones let you make r/e at the very last register. According to the manager on duty Ray, they've been doing this for years. Not to mention, he wasn't polite when speaking to me whatsoever. Most of staff look miserable & lack basic customer service skills.
If standing in line and being misinformed by the sales staff about their return policy are your cup of tea, then rush right over. I purchased two chairs. Before I checked out I asked about the return policy. I was told " within 30 days. Just bring the receipt." I stood in line for a half hour waiting for a cashier. Only after I tried them out in my apartment and they didn't fit did I look at the receipt. It says: " store credit only. " To top everything off, they didn't correct their website with their post Harvey store hours. So thinking they were open until 10:00 pm I came to return the chairs. I arrived at 6:10 They closed at 6:00. I'm done with these idiots.
Nice stuff. LONG lines. Like ... long. All times of the day, any day of the week. You better want the discount merchandise BAD, because you're gonna need to wait and hold it in your hands for a long while. People are literally forming friendships with each other in this line.
