Store is good but the service can be better. If you want to make a living in this area you better start talking to your customers.
Other than that, they have a great variety of brands and products. If you're lucky you'll run into a great sale.
1 week prior to Hurricane Harvey, I traveled from Dan Jose, CA to Houston, TX. During my stay, I took a trip to The Galleria Mall and made a stop at Dillard's for some rare, hard to find fashion fair makeup (we have no Dillard's or Fashion fair in the Bay Area, Ca) after my purchase, I never opened the make up until I got home and realized it was the wrong color, the lady at the counter was nice but she had no knowledge of fashion fair products (we shopped at our own risk) later on after I returned home, I received a survey about my very visit to Dillard's and responded accordingly. Not long after submitting the survey, the store manager Patric responded very apologetic and quickly offered a replacement due to my make up being the wrong color. I called him and we discuss the matter then he went down to the department and I spoke with a very pleasant associate who helped me further (I was Excited) they told me I would receive 2 compacts of the correct color ( I greatly appreciate) Then a few days following that, I received an email from Patric stating that due to hurricane Harvey there would be a delay in shipping my replacement. I appreciate his extended customer service, more importantly I have time to wait. I hope and pray that Patric and his employees as well as his fellow Texans are all safe from the hurricane. Thanks again Patric / Houston Dillard's prayers to you all. I'll get the Fashion Fair when it's safe for you to send
Very disappointed in Petites department--almost nothing there. This used to be the go-to place for smart petites in Houston. Not any more.
It has a funky smell. Not sure if it's the carpet or something in the AC system, but it smells like if something is damp or old.
