Lightning knocked out the power caused registers to go down then when the power came back registers didn't work. Managers and employees were very gracious in spite of upset customers. Bagged up our stuff came back am hour later and everything was working again.
I purchased a blouse then went to the jewelry dept to look at jewelry to match for my blouse, and the white older woman was very mean. She stated that i couldn't pay for my jewelry there, that i have to go to make the line where everyone else was, and that she comes out there and pick from the line. Come on really!!!! I was making a jewelry purchase. I was on her line and the people in front of me had a ton of clothing. They should have made that line over by the clothing NOT ME. I was only buying a pair of earring.
