Very Bad service from the front clerks that is why the 1 star was given. According to the front clerk every time I went there was something wrong.She never helped very unprofessional would walk out pass my information back and forth because she didn't understand or know nothing so then she went to an assistant manager who also gave me bad instructions on the paper work to fill. After the fifth trip out there I had enough and called the manager which she then tells me all the paper work is wrong and I told her this is how your employee and assistant manager told me to fill it out,so finally she gave me the right information. Which if I would of file the paper work with that first clerk it would of been wrong and guess who would have to pay fines me. Why do you work in a government place with out no knowledge of what your doing. Manager was helpful she knew how to handle the situation with me been upset but I will not be returning next year will find another location.
