Honest and reliable. I was referred by a friend. I travel all over for work and frequently take personal vehicle. I can't count the number of times I've taken it into a shop and they come of $2,000 or more item that they claim need attention when I know they don't because I keep meticulous records on all the work I've had done since I bought the car in 2002. This did not happen at Key Auro Werks, I was given an honest and complete review of my car and what was needed. Turned out to be under $600 and this was for the 120,000 mi maintenance and oil and filter changes. So glad I have a trustworthy shop to take my car to!
I have used Key for many years and several cars. They are my go to guys..always reliable service, friendly and helpful. They check things carefully and don't do stuff that's not needed! Recommended highly
Key Auto Werks first of all very honest & nice people who will definitely work with you & are very experienced with their craft. I had a big project of work done to my car from here & they knocked it out of the park completely, I am very very satisfied with their work & truly recommend them to the next potential customers.
I just moved here from Colorado. I'm a 22 year old female brought my car in for an oil leak and check engine light.... I was told it was 680 for the oil leak... needed to redo the system. then 1900 for a catalytic converter!! said it wouldn't pass inspection and people from my state don't fix this. i called elsehwere and they told me i was being scammed. then they have a shuttle service which they didn't give me at 3 in the afternoon.... said it was done for the day and the boss said no... I walked 40 minutes to get my car and the shuttle guy was dropping someone off!!!!! that is terrible customer service and an awful business owner!!! take your car here if you want to pay top money! oh and if you don't pay dont even think about using their shuttle service!!
We don't recommend this place. They are the most dishonest people we have ever seen. The job was for removal of double exhaust muffler on an M5 and install OEM muffler that we had provided. the labor shouldn't have cost what it did.
