Worst Place for any auto service..RUN AWAY
Dont take your car here else you have to pay more than your car price to fix it....RUN AWAY from this place
The WORTH place in Houston. I went there to change oil and I put the most expensive one but in the same day I got check engine so I came back and asked them to fix it but they didn’t even try to work with me and were acting like it’s not their fault. DONT EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!
1, I went for wheel alignment. they did not give me proof what is the alignment they done. any mom and pop shop will give you a detail print out of what they did. i asked them where is the printout. they told me printer is out of order. they did not tell me anything about this when i dropped my car for alignment.
Rude customer service. I hope they will close their shop soon
Came in for a brake job. They were about 200$ more than other shops. I declined. They then said they will cut the cost. Why didn't they offer the price before? Not honest mechanics. They also don't use floor Mats when getting in car..... grease all over my car mat, which they denied.... as well as grease stains on my car door. Bad service overall. Stay away , go down the street. They also never picked me up, or called saying my vehicle was finished. I called and checked up on. They then said that are sending a driver out to pick me up... I live 2 blocks away. Waited over 1 hr. I rode my bycycle to shop... saw the pick up van there.. disappointed at the service.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!
2, I went for oil change you will get a big list of things that you have to fix else your car will break down. i took it to some other shop they should i dont need to fix anything its all fine.
Please avoid this place even your car brakes down in front of this shop. i would advice you to tow your car to some other place.
I came to get an oil change which was fine. But they told me my gas cap was cracked and my belt was covered in oil and it was gonna cost me $661. If I didn't get it fixed soon my car would give up on me and it'd cost me 2,000 to fix it. I took it somewhere else and they told me I didn't need any of that done and that they left my oil cap loose and it was leaking. Believe the other when they say don't trust them.
Watch out you might get leeched out from this place. They try to upsell you services you don't need. Go here for regular oil change is fine or get state inspection. You have to know what you want to get done specifically and settle on the charges ahead of time. Dont let them decide what you need.
2, Shop supply. They wont tell you when you drop off the car for any service. You will get a big number to pay. for 69$ wheel alignment 10$ shop supply. Rude customer service. stating jack, ratchet etc..ridiculous for wheel alignment.
