Husband's trucks serpentine belt snapped. Had it towed to this mechanic. After checking it, the tensioner pulley had to be replaced plus the belt obviously. But also the water pump, said it was blocked. Truck had been running a little hot. After the repairs and payment, husband drives home, truck is overheating, goes back and truck is checked out again, and its possibly the thermostat. At this point husband asked for the owner or someone in charge and was not able to speak to them. Was told they werent there. Husband left and bought a thermostat and replaced it himself and as he was doing that noticed the radiator fluid was not there but radiator was full. So paid for a water pump that most likely was fine and had been replaced over a year ago and now have a blocked radiator. Not going there ever again. But he did say the taco truck had good food.
