Used to be great, but they've gone downhill. I had a overheating issue in my Miata and was about to bring it back for the 3rd time, but a friend discovered that there was a piece of foam behind the fan. Once out the car no longer had overheating problems when in stop and go traffic. They used to be good, but not they seem to be missing things. I'm doing most of my own work myself now.
Excellent, fast work. Pat, the service manager, diagnosed my problem over the phone, even before taking the vehicle in, and they got it done the same day. (I would have been okay with a couple of days!) I had been going to the car dealership for service, but plan to take all my work to them in the future. A great experience .. recommended.
I highly recommended Downtown Auto, all the guys are fantastic and knowledgeable experts. I have not gone anywhere else, because I know they are honest and will take care of me (especially with little to no knowledge of cars) with out adding the extra bs like other places do!
Mark the owner of downtown Automotive is a worthless person! If you get lucky and everything goes well more power to you .but if there's any issues they don't want to admit it's their fault and don't want to fix it! They have horrible customer service your vehicle will be ready for no telling how long they never call you. My vehicle got a parking ticket while it was parked at his shop I guess that's my fault also being that I didn't put it where it was. And they are overpriced!
