I brought my son's jeep into this shop based on the excellent reviews. I am sorry to say I was disappointed with the results. I am an informed consumer and I do my homework. I know how much the part is and how much labor is involved before I take my car anywhere. This time I wasn't sure of the problem before I took it in, but after they diagnosed it and told me it was the fuel pump and bad wiring to the fuel pump, I did some research. I soon learned that this shop was charging me for double the amount of labor required and top price for the part itself. I will never come back, and I will advise everyone I know in this neighborhood to avoid this place unless they have money to waste.
Had some known repairs handled here. Great customer service and they fit me in to meet my time schedule. Have used Christian Brothers for the past couple of years. This shop has shown to live up to their high standards. I have one more major repair needed, they will be the ones to get this job. Thanks guys!!
I can not thank Donnie Haughney and all of the staff for helping me and fixing my car. My husband works out of town and my dash board light up like a Christmas tree. I brought it in that morning and they were so nice to give this stranded girl a ride to work down the street. He called and told me everything that was wrong and gave me a price. I had updates as the day went on. He had me fixed up and ready to go as I got off work. Came and picked me up, even gave me a little discount. As I was leaving they had my car parked right outside the door with a cold bottle of water for me for the long drive home. I had a smile on my face with tears in my eyes. I am so thankful and blessed to have Christian Brother who I know I can trust with all my car needs. Thank you so much and may God truly bless your business and each and every employee.
In the words of Michael Bublé FANTABULOUS! Absolutely LOVE this place. Never had my car flooded before had no clue what to do thankfully these guys were right next to where the car gave up. Helped me every step of the way followed up with me and gave me current statuses on how my vehicle was coming along, and now my car runs better than it ever had before. Definitely going back for any maintenance I need from now on :)
Satisfied with their work but compared to some other great mechanics I've also used in the area, PRICEY. The mark up is weird
