A great place to go and relax in a casual atmosphere. Soups and sandwiches are delicious and taste very fresh. You have to try the cakes. All types of lovely layer cakes. So many different flavors. If you go on Monday the cakes are half price. The patio is so perfect when the weather is nice. A great place to sit and enjoy the city.
They need to reconsider their hygiene. Decided to try out this place with my husband last weekend. Extremely disgusting cake and there’s cockroaches all over the place that will not let you enjoy a single cup of coffee in peace. Highly recommend you go to Agora down the street. Wish I could give them 0 stars.
The food was good. The atmosphere was pretty much what you would find in an older restaurant. This was not a new facility. You could tell that it had been visited by lots of people. To their credit, that is good news. If you want a variety of good food, this is the place for you. This place is a Come As You Are location.
I love this place to the moon and back. My fav is Milk Way, quart shot. Red velvet, humming bird and some cakes with coconut flakes are the best! I’d been here since 2010 and cannot wait to come back in the near future.
A favorite for food, coffee, dessert and conversation in the center of Montrose. Don't expect fast service for food, as the kitchen prepares fresh meals upon ordering. And the desserts! You must run the gauntlet of the gorgeous layer cakes in a glass case to get to where you place your order. Good luck resisting the Chocolate Blackout cake, that I estimated had 10 frosted layers to it.
