I've lived near here for 2vyears and finally tried it. In fairness I only had the Italian chop chop salad. I liked it. The garlic bread was fairly dry. That's a no no for an Italian restaurant.
This is a great local joint here in Hedwig Village. The food is always great and the atmosphere is warming. You'll find the same people eating here every Friday and Saturday night. You can't go wrong with Collina's Italian Cafe. Great homemade peaches and wonderful pasta dishes.
Horrible customer service. Sub-par food. Used to ocasionales order from here since I live near but, but I'm not going to anymore. I was repeatedly hung up on during my last time trying to order. Called back and they refused to acknowledge it.
My husband and I went to meet my 84 year old in laws who are displaced bc of the storm at Collina's on I 10 at 6pm on Friday- 9/22/17. The restaurant was about 60% full- I counted 10 empty tables of various sizes. My husband and I sat at a table for 5. The waiter came to our table and explained that the table was reserved for parties of 5 and that we would have to move. I explained that my husband had a stroke with limited mobility and that we had selected the table bc it was a little higher than the other tables. The waiter said that he would talk to the manager. He approached the four employees who were standing behind the register and came back to tell us that we would need to relocate to a table for four. It was not good. We left. Not that our business matters much but I will never go to Collina's again.
Had to wait 45 minutes for two pizzas and salads. When pizza was provided they were cold. Addressed with cashier and she blew it off saying the pizza just came out of the ovens. Very disappointed in service and food.
