This place was great! I went with my family on a Thursday night, and had a blast. Check in was easy and awesome. You just write down the names of people playing, shoe size, and other preferences. Then, they take you to your lane, and come with your shoes; the lane computer is all set up. The equipment was very nice. I really liked the spare finder on the screen. It definitely helped :). The food was very nice. A bit pricey, but that's understandable. You look around and see what you're paying for. I definitely recommend making a reservation, especially on a weekend night. We did, and we didn't have to wait at all, despite the place being busy.
Fine bowling alley for the price even if the pins used a weird string method that caused some strange ricochets. The bad parts came when dealing with the valet who was extremely weird (we asked if he worked for the bowling place and if he could valet our car, he said he could and then promptly said he was closed when we brought the car around), and the end (I had finally hit a 200 and when I wanted to take a picture of it, but when I went to take the picture, the screen was only up for 20 seconds before it cut to ads of the place even though tons of lanes were still open so its not as if they needed the lane). This may be considered nitpicking but really put a damper on an otherwise fun night. It's a fine place and I think definitely has potential, but the small things really put us off about coming back
Great bowling alley that isn't always packed. Much better than the Bowlmor off of Bunker Hill. The lanes are well lit and the alley itself is very clean. The food is good and the staff is nice. Overall just a great place to go bowling.
The whole set up was nice. Comfy sitting area and clean approaches just added to the quality. The staff were very nice. Drinks were top notch. The only complaint I have is the music was a bit too loud. Maybe it was because it was night, but still, it was hard to hear other people talking sometimes. Regardless, it was a lot of fun. The atmosphere was classy, but not nose-up-in-the-air fancy. Will definitely be going again, and recommend this to anyone! It might be a bit expensive, but do a couple hours, because time flies when you're having fun.
The pricing was very good. The staff was friendly and an overall nice environment. I would definitely be coming back here
Fantastic experience, outstanding customer service. Saw some friends having fun here on Facebook, so took my wife on a date to check it out. Had a slight communications issue when making my reservation, however, but quickly resolved and not a big deal. While there the manager came and found us and personally apologized for the issue and went above and beyond our expectations to insure we had a fantastic experience. Wow! Overall, great ambience, drinks and food. Look forward to going back with friends.
