If it weren't for the price and the size crowd we had, we would've left. We were micromanaged the entire time by the owner/manager guy or whoever he was who, although the entire place was open, decided to sit us directly in front of him. He stayed on the microphone saying don't do this don't do that, too many people on this lane, etc. He continued to give our kids unwarranted lessons, and everytime we turned around there he was! We took a family photo and he decided to photobomb it! We hadn't seen those family members in years and you jump in our picture??!!! For the sake of having a good time, we ignored him and let it go. We spent over $300 in games and food and we have no problem being routine customers when the service is good. We will not return EVER again to this location.
Bowling was fun and cheap for a Sunday. GREAT family time for big or small families. Bartender Vincent nice guy, serves drinks fast. FOOD area is HORRIBLE. 1. The guy Mark was super rude rude and did I mention RUDE. We waited an hour and 20min for wings and an Alley sampler. When I asked him about food his response was that he had alot of orders (the place wasn't even packed) and that he's only ONE PERSON (super unprofessional). Honestly if he can't handle it why is he working in a place which just has one cook. I've been here before and the other guy has never taken long. The supervisor Autumn gave free game passes and that's fine and I appreciate it however next time I come I will make sure I've eaten a big meal and not order any food.

I'm in a bowling league that participates here weekly. The staff is friendly and courteous.
They were open the day that Henrey was supposed to come in. This gave us a much needed family day out prior to having to stay in for days straight. The staff was friendly and appreciative that families were coming in while they were preparing for the storm.
