Not once have they been rude and if you get offended about someone answering and phone that's ridiculous have some patients and they will help you. I highly recommend this place!
Everytime i pass through Houston, i always stop by All about fish just to look. Kevin and Tiffany are very nice people. And kevin knows everything about these exotic fishes! He even built his own tank and water filtration system!!!!

I've seen several comments that they are rude but when I went to the store I didn't have any problems with Kevin or his wife they are both very knowledgeable and have helped me out a lot with me starting up my first saltwater tank.
