Went in the store last night Nov. 24 becasue we are looking to get guinea pigs for Christmas for both of my daughter's and we've never had guinea pigs so of course we were asking alot of questions and the staff was really helpful and not once were they rude but there was certain questions they didn't know the questions to they asked the manager and she was extremely rude she mean mugged them and didn't reply I guess she was bothered by customers who ask way too many questions this lady seriously should not be working there we going to buy both guinea pigs but ended up walking out becasue she was rude we will take our business elsewhere
