I just started bowling again a few weeks ago, and Craig was very helpful and patient when helping me update my equipment. He didn't pressure me into buying anything, and took the time to make sure that the ball fit me well. He even gave me a couple quick tips on how to hold my ball and release for getting a better hook. I encouraged my mother to get herself a ball here too, and then even had a spare ball drilled a couple weeks later. My ball got gouged when I went bowling nearby to test out the drilling, and when I came back he was quick to fix it up for me and didn't even charge me for the service. The only downside might be that the shop can get busy at times, but it is easy to see why as they are sure to take care of their customer's needs before they move onto the next customer. It's definitely the only place I'd go to take care of my bowling needs.
I had a great experience! I walked in there knowing nothing about how to pick a ball. The 2 gentalman there were very patient and knowledgeable. They educated me about their products, and helped guid me to my options. I got a ball and shoes. And being a girl I think I tried on all their shoes, they helped every step of the way. They were busy with customers and helped everyone in a timely manner giving each person their undivided attention. I will definitely be going back!

Craig & Dave were wonderful!! Went into this place with little to no knowledge on bowling balls. Craig and Dave were so enthusiastic on helping purchasing a bowling ball. Made us all feel welcome and their hospitality was amazing!! They definitely know what they are doing and I will recommend any and all who are just starting out in bowling to advanced players to look these twp up for advice!! I'm still pretty new to bowling so this place is God sent. Purchased my 1st ball here and the guys are great and full of knowlege. They also fixed a ball I had drilled (badly) by someone else. Reasonable prices and great atmosphere. They make you feel like family. Love this spot.
