You will find a mad old lady At the office window... She is mentally abnormal..! She just doesn't care about you or your car.. She will yell at you for no reason.. That lady is the worst kind of human being you will meet...
take my advice (take a hidden camera and record her in the entire conversation ) and never get angry coz thats what she wants... A reason to make more money out of you.

Horrible experience. The people there are rude and nasty. Have no sympathy for the customers. They refused to give me my car back. And charged an extra day, when their own sign says they were closed on Sunday. I have four sources proving that they were not open. They don't even deserve 1 star. Come ready for war!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. The lady behind the window is not only unnecessarily rude and nasty, she gives you the run around with pricing and details. She closed the window in my face after trying to get exact info on what I needed, as if i was bothering her by coming for my car. Then, she gave me one price on a printout, but charged extra when it was time to pay. She barked and yelled everything to me, and snatched papers from my hand when I presented them to her. This lady was the worst part of the entire experience. Having my car towed, and paying extra was more bearable than dealing with the lady at the desk. If the business owner reads this, please put her in the back, or let her go. She needs no more customer interaction. Ever.

Please don't get your car towed there. They are rude and unprofessional. The white lady at the counter on 7/10/2017, was rude, shut the window while i was still talking and when I brought it to her attention she said she does not need to be professional or nice. She said she is in the business of making money. Well, God don't like ugly......oh and did I mention? Carry cash...she claimed the are working on updating the card payment....
They have my rental car. Went to go pick up, had keys and everything, before I could finish describing why I was there the lady at he front rudely interrupted me every time I was trying to talk. Constantly didn't let me finish ONE sentence. Then the "gentleman" behind her stepped in and called me naive, stupid and that they aren't my mother and i's teacher"... before we could finish ANY SENTENCE!!!! They called US stupid but wouldn't let us finish talking on anything to explain. ... they then proceeded to slam the window shut in my face.
