If only Google could give the option of giving 0 stars or -5 stars, I would totally give these rat bastards those ratings. These people are the most rude, no class having people I've ever seen. It's like they all congealed out of a sewer somewhere in hell. Completely horrid, utter barbaric people work here. Please don't go here unless you're one of them. They don't even go in with you to go look for your car. & the saddest thing is their kids are just like them. They have underaged teenagers working there & when you get into it with them, those kids jump in. So not only do they all not have class or know what class is, their kids will grow up not having or know what class is. Just sad.
I am still waiting for over a month for a refund check. They say they will call me back and they haven't. They towed my car when I have the parking tag with the number. They just towed my car because someone else called. They told me it was management it wasn't even management it was a resident who doesn't even have a tag parked there because no one was living there at the time. Where are you guys with my refund check?

This company is fully aware that their tow truck drivers have been wrongfully towing cars on private property. They have been going into privately owned Condominium Properties and towing away cars that are legally parked in the visitor's parking spaces. They have been doing so for a very long time and action should be taken against them immediately.
They charged me $500 for my truck being there for about 4 days, told me i was not allowed to have it towed off their lot, only one of there people could do it for another $55, and forgot about me. I waited 2 hours for someone to tow it off the lot and had to make my repairs at 10:30 at night on the side of the road.
