My first time I ever came here was to get my nails done for my wedding and they were all so excited with me that they also gave me a free leg wax to go for the honeymoon. I've been going for a year now and really appreciate how quick they get me in and how thorough of a job they do. They never rush through a pedicure and medicure but make sure that it looks perfect and that you feel refreshed. Very thankful for the people that work there and how much integrity goes into their work. Took my husband in today for his first time to pamper him for all of his hard work and they gave him such a refreshing massage on his legs and arms. Great spot and very affordable!
Not really happy with this place and will never go back nor will I recommend this place. The staff is sorta friendly but thats all they have going for them. I took my 10 year old here to get a hair cut. My daughter had beautiful long hair. This was the first time we were cutting her hair other than a trim. We always keep it trimmed past her waist. I specifically explained that we did not want to loose the length and showed the point on her back to cut it to. I showed her with my fingers "no shorter than this" and put my finger on the spot also telling her no more than two inches. My daughter was given shoulder length hair. Not only was the hair cut butchered, she didn't complete the styling or dye we made the appointment for. She was so slow she couldn't manage her time for anything but the hair cut. I did express to her how she had cut off more than we had agreed to. She realized it but just began justifying herself saying there was nothing she could do at this point and gave a bunch of empty apologies. Trying to rationalize how she could have made that mistake did not make situations better. Stating that the hair was wet and not anticipating that my daughters hair when dry would bounce back up is not comforting to people seeking a styling. She concerned us even further. What place hires hairdressers that do not know wet hair appears longer. For the next hour, we kept hearing her rationalize to herself while taking a long time to cut hair. It was a simple cut. At least it should've been. To top it off she still charged the full amount. And the dye never happened because she didn't have time like we had been scheduled for and she just didnt want to do it. So she talked her way out of it. I was surprised to be told that the hairdresser supposedly has grown up around a salon atmosphere. Okay maybe her mother may be a better hairdresser, but she definitely does not have her mother's calling. If that were true she would have had the sense to anticipate wet hair dry hair cutting legths. For the record she chopped off 5" off. Its not like she just took off 1" more than she needed to. The only reason I did not lose my composure with her was because I didnt want to alarm my daughter or make a horrible situation a terrible memory for my daughter. She made a huge mistake and showed no empathy for her customer. Please make sure your hairdressers have experience before unleashing them on unsuspecting clients. Licensing does not equal a good hairdresser.
