I've been going to La Palm Nails for almost 3 years and I couldn't recommend a better nail salon in Houston. I am very particular about my nails and feet looking a certain way and Lisa, Kim and the rest of the team have been more than accommodating to my obsessiveness about having perfect nails. They are very friendly, the salon is kept clean and I am deeply saddened to be leaving them behind as I prepare to move out of Houston. Don't know that I'll ever find a place like this but I'm certain this is where I'll go whenever I'm back in the area & would highly recommend them to you!
Literally the worst nail salon. The lady was not being kind and she made my nails look horrible. When I told her I didn't like them she told me to go pick out a different color and I came back and she said I had to pay $7 dollars extra even though it was her fault the nails looked bad. There are also dents in the polish and she made the layers start at different places. I also told her to shape them into squares and she made them circle shaped. Even after she fixed them they looked horrible. The lady was also really fast and sloppy. On my toes I asked her to try out a color and I didn't like it so instead of removing the color she just painted over it with another color. I don't suggest this place, but maybe it was just that one lady who was bad.
My experience at la palm nail salon was awesome! My nail lady Donna is the only one I trust doing my nails. I have gone to different places and i don't ever get what I want. Donna has excellent costumer service, she gives you exactly what you want and she will always make time for you. I highly recommend her everywhere I go.
Been coming here seeing Kim for years!! She's been doing a phenomenal job with my nails. Lisa always makes me feel welcoming and always accommodating me. If you're looking for a place where your pampered and feel Beautiful for a reasonable price. This place. ❤️
I absolutely LOVE LA PALM NAILS!! I have been coming to this location at least 3 years and the service is always GREAT. My nail tech the manager Lisa and my Brittany who does my feet and lashes! They have plenty of qualified people to serve u and they always stand behind their work. Come experience u wont be dissatisfied
