It was a wonderful customer service by Naomi at The Courtyard. I had made a mistake during the booking, and she went above and beyond to get us a room without hesitation. Their toilets need some work, but nothing that cannot be fixed. Great job Courtyard!
This a typical mall. Over crowded especially with holiday season being here. Has a lot of sodfere t food court options, although food court is pretty small for a mall. Tons of stores and even a small play are by old navy for kids.
Malls are not places I generally like to go so this review is a bit bias. This mall is closest to my parents neighborhood so when I need to buy a gift or do some walking with my nephews this is our go to mall. I have to say it does lack some variety especially in the food court there are 4 asian food places side by side. Feels weird trying to decide which one to go to. The middle of the mall people are only occasionally aggressive I just make sure I'm wearing sandles when I go so the shoe cleaning guys don't bug me. Overall it's a nice mall but it could use some more love in the events department and the little huts in the middle take up a lot of walking space.
Willowbrook Mall is a very popular place with teens on winds and after school. There is ample variety of stores and a Great variety in food court eateries. Parking can be crazy but someone's always leaving. So be patient. Locals vary in all kinds. Lock your cars and keep valuables put of sight. Watch yourself and your belongings. My favorite store here is LUSH !
Pretty nice mall, not over crowded I've been to it 3 times, but the down side is it's open/close hours, especially on Sundays noon to 6pm really? This is the day people spend time outside to buy (spend money) because people work from Monday to Friday! And if your in the mall and parked at Dillard's they make you go all the way around to get to your car, and if there an last minute emergency door are lock to all store, so less exits!!!
