No longer defines as a mall. Way back it was great. Not no more. DO NOT COME HERE.
Our usual spot for movies since the major anchor store has closed. We visited Dillards outlet and were very pleased with the selections and service. I would highly recommend and definitely will visit again! West Oaks Mall has awesome events scheduled so check out their calendar online and plan to visit.
They should remove "MALL" from the name.
We've been coming to this mall since the '80s, when it was brand new. Sadly to say, even though is is very well kept, the location has turned into one that makes people not want to come back. As much as it pains me to say it, West Oaks Mall is dead now... All the stores are closing, nobody wants to go there anymore. Truly, it is sad.
Once a glorious mall, it is a shadow of it's former stellar self, but still has some good shopping and great bargains at Dillard's and a few other stores.
It use to be a good mall back in the days but now its dead. The only thing that take me there is the Dillards outlet mall. The have amazing deals.
