Upon entering MHS, your child will be meet with piles of empty beer bottles, poor staff members, and a myriad of rats and roaches. Overall, Memorial is a family environment, if that family had Mel Gibson and Chris Brown in it. Once your child sees the state of the art 2005 computers, he/she will never want to leave the school library. Memorial has a plethora of helpful students, or as the student body prefers to call them "drug dealers." Kids definitely do not smoke in the bathroom. But don't worry parents, even if they did, the responsible and caring staff would just lock the bathroom, in hopes that the booster club and donors can still donate. And parents, the previous scandals here are do not reflect the overall definitely not racist student body. All in all, this school is highly recommended, although if you are rich enough to live in this neighborhood, why not send your children to private school? Because we surely are not overcrowded in the slightest.

It took two weeks to regristrate me, and the second day i went the registar kepr asking if i was mixed with african american blood but my transcript papers clearly said i was of hispanic decent. Other than that the teachers are cool.

Education is great, social environment is the worst if you're new to it, hard to make friends if you don't have anyone already, I'm Hispanic and it made me very uncomfortable that almost 60% of the ethnicity is white, there are some Hispanics but they act very similar to the white kids, freshman year was hell and I moved schools during sophomore year due to the bad experience

I graduated in 1988 it had all the latest technology even then. I loved the teacher but most of the kids were were

If I'm being completely honest this school sucks. If your new and white you'll make friends but if your not good luck. The students here at Memorial are racist and all they mostly care about is drugs. If you are white you'll definitely find people to talk to but me being Hispanic it's super hard. Idk what people's deal is at this school. Anyways if your looking to get into a good college it's a good school, but besides that
