I have been here since 2 years, they used to have helpful staff before but the new management is completely messed up because of arrogant staff. The apartment used to be one of the best apartment but the maintenance is poor they never come in time when it was emergency. It is too old that it is leaking from the top inside the bathroom. Also one of the lady staff who sits in the front desk was so so rude to us.
Quickly moved out after lease was over since the living conditions were unbearable.. 6 months later I get a mark on my credit saying I owe them a payment of $642 that I went all the way over there to pay personally back in May. Been calling for 2 weeks now and staff keeps saying they'll call me back in 20 minutes or by the end of the day and here I am waiting again for management to call back before end of the day..................
I have lived here for three years and the management has changed several times. There was poor management in the past and new management is doing the best they can, I assume. In wake of Hurricane Harvey is has become clear to me that most of the problems and complaints from people are because management is greedy and that these apartments are very old. Do not move here. They need to renovate THE WHOLE COMPLEX. And as seen on many of other reviews, management will offer a free month of rent and take it back. Do not believe their specials. Also expect roaches and rats and anything else gross. There are apartments next door that the ceiling has caved in and water is coming into my apartment from next door. I expect minimal help when the office comes back after the city is done flooding.
UPDATE 09/28/2017:
I have only been here one week and have had nothing but problems. The unit was not clean when I moved in. There are roaches everywhere. My A.C. will not shut off and the technician who found the problem never came back as they said. The cable wall outlets in my unit are not set up to receive cable from Comcast per a Comcast technician. The kitchen counter tops slope steeply to the back, items will actually roll or tip over. Management doesn't keep the grounds up from people who leave pet waste everywhere. And on top of all this, I was given an eviction notice within 7 hours of a failed payment due to a banking error. The payment was made prior to moving in, over a week before the notice, and not once was I told it did not process. I come home from work to find the eviction notice on my door. The payment was made a week ago and they give me 7 hours notice of this before posting for eviction. This is the most unprofessional and poorly ran management group I have ever dealt with. Would never recommend anyone to move here.
It's only a week that I moved in. Everything was good so far. Staff are friendly and caring. I'll keep updating my review as it goes on :)
This WAS the best place to live for me so far.. I LOVED IT.. till this second time around and endless of issues since we moved in.. I was happy with renovations and improvements but.. we renewed lease in April and they only started to fix the issues December to (now) February 2017.. Asked for a discount for the first time (for half off) in Jan .. they said 150, I said no.. They said 250 was the most they can do.. haven't been living happy and well because of the leaks, humidity, mold, and smell of mold, and damage to my things- but 250 off is all they can do for someone who endlessly recommended them and was patient and understanding after all excuses (someone closed the maintenance call on accident, we lost the copy of your key for the 4th time).. okay. Gonna have to find someone else to speak to & solve this.
