Be careful with Juan Barron. I found him to be shallow, dishonest, and unreliable with no signs for future self improvement. His listing agreement, that he made for a full twelve month period, was a total mess for many reasons, but I was pressed for time and I made the mistake of engaging him nonetheless. Once engaged, he was non-responsive for days during time sensitive periods and he took no responsibility for his non-responsiveness.
