My daughter went missing and ALL officers were very kind, compassionate and thorough. When I brought my daughter to the station to clear the case, Officer Boone quickly assessed the situation and talked very, very frankly and openly to my daughter with such passion. I could tell he really cared about her well being and her future. He's the one person it seemed she listened to. As for the previous comments about someone actually answering the phone, all of that is true. Can't leave a message and the number on the information sheet given out by HPD is not even working anymore.
When did it become a cops duty to restrict the 1st AMENDMENT TO THE US CONSTITUTION? Everyone has a camera phone, get use to it. It 2017. Not everyone is a terrorist. Get it together. Tx. Penal code 38.02

Waited for almost an hour for any help and i was the only one in the waiting area. But when i did get an officer to assist me they took care of the problem with relative ease.
I just got off the phone with them. Officer Smith was very professional and helpful in answering my questions. She was a bit monotone during conversation, but that may be her normal demeanor. Not sure what everyone else's experience is with them, but for me, a black man who is deathly afraid of most cops, this interaction left me at ease.
