Can't say enough good things about the overall experience with pick up from home to Hobby Airport and return pick up to home. Mor, our driver from the airport to home was personable, efficient and an excellent driver. VIP TAXI confirmed our pick up the morning of our flight which arrived in the late afternoon. After we landed, Mor, texted us of his arrival time at airport, and kept in touch until we connected. I will continue to use Houston VIP Taxi whenever I travel. Carol G.
Great experience overall. We got picked up from the airport in a SUV suburban, the man helped us put all our luggage in the back. Our flight was an hour late, and he had already known that. We got picked up at 11:30 pm. The car was extremely nice. We had a nice conversation on the whole trip. When we arrived to the house he helped up take our luggage to the porch. It was also very easy to pay with a card. We will definitely be using this service again.
The driver didn't showed up for my reservation for one of the executive of our company even I got the reconfirming email so, I was going to give just 1 star. However, I got a call from the company apologizing and providing him a compensation to make up. I still cannot give 5 stars but giving 4stars because I like their customer services. I've been so exhausted with very unprofessional customer services now a days.
My driver was courteous and on time. I like that they give you a quote while booking. I would use again.
