Had a bad experience with my son's birthday party. I scheduled my son's birthday party one month in advance, however unfortunately it turned out to be the same weekend as Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Texas. I never heard from Get Air regarding whether or not the party was cancelled, and/or if they would even be open. We showed up at 10AM on Saturday morning for the party, only to find that the location was closed. Yes, they still had electricity. They never called me to let me know that the store would be closed and thus the party would be cancelled. Had to notify all the parents of my son's friends at the last minute, some were already on their way to the party, etc. Basically the closure was handled very poorly - no communication, no refund, no party, and no apology! My son was heartbroken.
Not enough staff present. Staff that was present was very unhelpful. Also, these places are usually cold because kids are running around getting hot. It was warm. I had to ask three times to get the air on (I was stationary and sweating). 10 mins later they turned it off again and it never came back on. That's what happens when it's all teenager girls and no adult supervisor. Most teenagers don't care about customer service (yes there are exceptions, but they weren't working that day)
Nice staff, and clean place. so nice to see them vacuuming the floor and toddler area and cleaning lockers. No food available yet but drinks and other snacks available. Party rooms look nice. My kids really enjoy it. Family friendly.
Great place for the kids to jump out all their energy. Charge is by the hour and you must buy their socks. Drinks and snacks available to buy or you can bring your own.
Great place for people if all ages to have fun. Superb place for,a good cardio workout. Great place for kids gatherings, birthdays, etc. Food, light snacks available. Individual party rooms available for a fee.
