Mr. Ramirez failed to book a cab for the family, making them wait over 30 minutes, and when I called again to check the status of the cab he had the courage to blame it on me for givin the "wromg address". I then asked to speak to his manager and had me on hold for about 4 moinutes then transferred me to an automated system (the innitial greeting when you call yellow cab). I had to call again until i spoke with onother dispatcher and transferred me to a manager.
I Work in the medical center and we work closely with yellow cab to ensure families get home in a safe and timely manner. Overall, my experience has been fairly well until tonight. I spoke to one of your dispatcher under the name "Esteban Ramirez" to book a cab for a family that needed to go home. Keep inmind that the family is ready to go home and have been in the hospitial for long hours.
DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVIVE. Use Lyft instead. HORRIBLE SERVICE & BUS8NESS STANDARS.
Never showed-was late for wedding! I read the terrible reviews but my hotel recommended them. I called several hours ahead to book my pick-up. She confirmed my hotel, room number and time & told me to call back 20 minutes before I wanted to depart which I did and once again confirmed my hotel and room #. When they didn't show the front desk called a 3rd time for me. They never heard of me but were on their way. They still never showed. Front desk called another company and he was there in 5 minutes. Unfortunatley by this time I was late to the wedding!
Mr. Ramirez talked rudely and lacked of customer service.
Worst service in the world . Called 5 hours ahead to schedule a pick at 2 am to the airport. After call 7 time every 10 mins as they requested it . A cab never show up . The customer service representatives are robot , all of them Nasser the same question. Asked for a supervisor and I got a nice answer machine . Not even 1 star
Their drivers are very disrespectful as if u owe them something.. I'm a customer I pay your paycheck they don't pay mine.. very poor customer service.. hate using them when I don't have enough for Uber!! Since Yellow Cab is a representing Houston TX, they really need to hire better drivers and another thing they need to tell u whether there are cabs in the area when u speak to someone because they don't tell u shit! You will be waiting for hours messing with this service.. this is not how u run a business that takes ppl money but are disrespectful to customers.. yellow cab wouldn't have a business had it not been for ppl like myself..
