I parked my car there when I flew out before Harvey hit and wasn't able to get back for a week. They sent email updates letting us know the lot at hobby did not flood, which was very appreciated! This was the second time we have parked there and we were very happy both times. The lot is nice, spots are covered, the shuttle is good and the employees are friendly. We will definitely park there again and highly recommend it.
We had such a great experience with Fast Park and Relax near Hobby Airport in Houston. Their rates were the cheapest I have seen, but their service was the absolute highest quality I've experienced with airport parking. The minute we pulled into a spot, a shuttle bus pulled up behind us, and the driver immediately got out and started loading our luggage as quickly as we could get it out of our car. We took note of his name, Alton, because the service he provided was exceptional. We told him we forgot to bring cash and wondered if there was another way we could tip him, but he said don't worry about it and that he was happy to help. On top of this, we ended up getting stuck out of town due to Hurricane Harvey. When we finally made it to pick up the car, they only charged us for 4 of the 12 days we were parked in the lot. Because the lot is elevated, there was no flooding and the car is fine! I will use this lot every time I fly.
Great place and staff. My wife parked her car here prior to Hurricane Harvey. I went to check on her car. The staff assured me no water was in their lot. They let me in to check the car. They were right, the lot was pretty much dry. Their lot is 5 to 6 feet above the street. Great place, will use again in the future.
I have never felt compelled to write a review for a parking lot in my life, but Fast Park and Relax at Hobby Airport in Houston was such an exceptional experience that I'm happy to do so. Not only were the rates the most competitive ones out there, but also their service is unparalleled. We had delightful drivers who were methodical about picking up and dropping off customers and who were immediately at our car when we parked. We didn't have to wait for even a second. Also, they handed us water bottles for the road on the way home from the airport, and the woman at the exit gate was as happy as can be, even though it was a late night arrival. Couldn't recommended it more!
Best parking experience in my life! Never going back to any other parking lots at Hobby. These guys give the most amazing customer service I’ve ever received in a parking lot. They even give out free water!! You have my business for life. Kudos to the team and management!
