The pick up service can be unreliable. Had to wait for over 20 mins for a pick up multiple times over the last few months. Doesn't have any electric parking, and the rates are some of the highest around. But the Valet is nice when the pick up happens in a timely fashion
Every. Single. Time. ...I wonder why I bother to pay extra for "covered" parking but get stuck on the edge with laughable coverage. Still, the staff is great. :)

They changed pick up/drop off, now all at the same spot at each terminal. Fine, if you actually stop at every terminal. Our driver did NOT stop at terminal A, and REFUSED to circle back to drop us off. IAH is not our normal airport, we told the driver upon entering our airline and terminal. During drop off, all terminals, EXCEPT A, were announced, and the driver pulled into the drop off line. The driver did NOT stop, did NOT announce A. Instead, circled back to the lot, and dropped off valet. We demanded the manager and left. HORRIBLE, DO NOT EVER USE THIS LOCATION or ANY OTHER PARKING SPOT. Much better, cheaper options with fantastic service next door and down the road.
Excellent shuttle service. Quick! They don’t drive around to all terminals picking up other passengers to fill the bus. Thank you!
