10/8/17: I like being able to reserve my spot online. I rarely have to wait long for a shuttle van to pick me up from my car or from the airport. The price for parking is reasonable.
Shout out to Jasmine and all of the staff! We were on vacation and the bag containing our ticket was stolen. When we returned we went to the wrong Parking Spot but didn't realize it until the driver had dropped us off at a car we thought was ours. Jasmine picked us up and drove us all around the correct lot row by row until we found our car. She helped us load then lead us to the front where the worker gave us cold water as we checked out. We will certainly be using this parking service again!
Took forever to get on the bus. Was one of the longest to get on the bus on the way back. However this is one of the more expensive parking venues.
10/19/17 update: Really disappointed in the service this morning. Went to the row asigned to find only 1 spot left, then watched 2 vans pass us by that were not full, walked to front and received excuses rather than apologies, got on van and still had to ride thru lot picking up others, most of whom had walked from their cars as well. Guess I will check out new FastPark down the street on my next trip. Nearly half the price there too!
I only travel a few times per year. To save money, I'll book "red-eye" flights where I may be needing to park, or pick up my car, at 4 am or midnight. I take comfort in knowing that I can make reservations online and have a parking spot, and that the drop off and pickup will be reliable and timely, despite the time of day or night. I use coupons and/or AAA membership for discounts on covered parking. I get some comfort from knowing that my car is protected from weather, direct sun, and thieves. I like being independent and not having to bother friends or family for a ride, or the unreliability of a cab or transport service when I'm pressed for time to get to Hobby Airport, which is very far from my home.
