We have been waiting for over 25 minutes so far for a freaking ride to our car. Will definitely be parking somewhere else in the future!!!! Just say NO!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
Please please! Your car was damaged by Harvey if you were parked in rows 1-10 deep, rows A-H minimum! Their Friday letter of admission did nothing to help minimize the damage. Water in a closed damp environment with heat at 90 degrees will cause mold. The fact it receeded quickly is IRRELEVANT! I left customer emails staring Monday trying to be proactive, my car is low and I was parked in D-1! Had they responded to my concerns via phone/email, I would have had it towed. The van driver, when I finally got home Friday said "no water in our lot!" I was relieved until I opened the trunk and saw the mold spores and taken aback with Fish odor once car doors opened. To date, they have not responded to my email even to confirm that indeed, their lot took in water. Acts of God are not in anyone’s control, my unhappiness is not about what they can’t control, but about what they can control, which is COMPLETE honesty and respect.
I'm leaving this review personally for Jason who gave impeccable service in picking up my girlfriend, myself, and everyone else on the shuttle from IAH and dropping us off at our car. He was incredibly courteous. He acknowledged that I had called to have a shuttle sent to terminal B and apologized for any delay. The delay wasn't long, and I know it wasn't his fault, yet, in apologizing and shouldering the blame, he apologized on behalf of The Parking Spot 2, which is admirable. Jason moved quickly to help all passengers with their bags and did so with care and enthusiasm. Jason is someone who understands the meaning of service and how to provide it to others. We wanted to leave him a tip, but neither of us had cash on us, hence I'm writing this review for Jason. For the managers of The Parking Spot 2, please reward Jason for his excellence. My girlfriend and I are going to return to The Parking Spot 2 for our airport parking needs because of him.

From the moment you pull up to the entry gate ,then take the shuttle to the terminal you are greeted by a friendly face and courteous employees. A no hassle experience from arrival to departure; and the bottle of water as you exit is a small gesture that goes a long way.
