Absolute worst for customer service. Their drivers wrecked our car as well and they just keep saying they are looking into it and doing nothing. Also VERY VERY reluctant to give their insurance information. As of this writing I have still have not received it. The person we have talked to about it repeatedly continues to give us the run around and will not put us in contact with his insurance. DO NOT PARK HERE and if you have to, take photos of your car going in before they ever leave with it. Their people are not cautious in any form or fashion with your vehicle. BEWARE!!!!!!
Terrible!!! We came back from having a drink and my husbands was gone!!! We had to file a police report and no one returns our calls!! Beware!!

We recently had two items stolen out of our car while car was valeted by State Parking Service at Magnolia Hotel in Dallas. The only time the car was not being used while in Dallas was while it was parked in valet lot. We called to report the stolen items and to have an insurance claim - State denied everything and denied claim and offered ZERO reason other than we reported the claim too late - the thing was, we reported the missing items three hours after checking out of the hotel. The other bummer - both items belonged to our 7 & 5 year old daughters - who were extremely disappointed. I'm not in the business of a bad review or trying to hurt anyone, but I WOULD NEVER TRUST STATE PARKING SERVICES. DO NOT USE THEM AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - I certainly will never use them again.
By the way, if I could give ZERO stars I would.
