Spaces are tight. Elevator doesn't work. Cars that sit low to the ground might get stuck. Levels 1-5 are contract parking only. Charges you premium pricing for a non premium garage.
Guy working the garage made us pay $20 cash saying machine didn't work and gave us a scan ticket. When we go to leave today we scanned our ticket and it charged us another $25!!!!! Im pretty sure we got ripped off. And the valets were driving guests cars very recklessly. Never again will we park here. Beware.
horrible garage, tight spaces, non-contract starts on LEVEL 6! Elevators never work, slipped down the slippery steps because water got into the stairwell from the roof. DO NOT PARK HERE IF POSSIBLE!!!
Don't park there!!! The elevator is broken and they refused to give us back our money as soon as we got there. How are we supposed to carry our luggage down all these flights of stairs. Horrible inconsiderate people must run this place.
I park here every time I go to my favorite bar about a block over & have no complaints aside from the price during sports or major events. That last part is to be expected though & the easy access to the downtown rail system for such occasions.
