Updated on Aug 13. Took about 20 minutes wait outside terminal C. Apparently, there were one or two shuttles circulating. I saw several other parking shuttles from other parking companies. I called their phone number, the operator blamed on the Sunday afternoon traffic. In fact, all the roads are green and only took 5 minutes back to the parking.
I was a bit skeptic about this parking lot. I had read some negative reviews and never left my car parked at the airport but it was very convenient. We were picked up by the shuttle right as we parked about 4 a.m. and taken directly to our terminal. We waited about 8 minutes to be picked up on our return, about midnight. The drivers were friendly. We had an easy time redeeming our coupon, as well. Very pleased with our experience!
~8$ per night. Clean and have used it for everytime I traveled. No issues. Easy in and out. Enough buses to feel like you don't have to wait long and great staff.
Very unfriendly service.. was flying out earlier this week decided to use Park and Fly. After exhausting flight coming back to get a vehicle for pick up -I just followed the instructions on ticket I was given to. On this paper says that just wait for driver on the LOWEST floor next to pick up parking. Let's clarify it is almost 100°F and waiting on parking lot for 30 min is not fun at all.. it says on ticket no calls needed. I m calling in and what I hear is rude lady from customer service tell me I'm wrong and I need to wait on 2 nd floor.. I politely mention that ticket says LOWEST which is 1 floor.She raises her voice and yell that they changed policy 3 weeks ago. She was not apologetic or respectful of my time waiting.. She inconciderably yelled at me!!!
No need to tell I was very upset with the service and make sure I would not let no friends or relatives use this company

The tip I have now is to reserve some extra hours beyond your flight expected landing time, and the price will not change. Don't reserve a tight parking hrs then you have pay extra hour when you checkout.
It was so easy to park. The shuttle found us and was waiting for us before we were even out of the car. This was great, because no one wants to be late to the airport because the shuttle is late. The way back we easy too. The shuttle took us straight to our car with no fuss. Parking at a hotel and taking their shuttle takes so much longer. We would definitely park here again.
I parked at this location many times. Overall, Every good service. The shuttles commute very frequently. Their driver are friendly and helpful.
The reason that I give 3-star, because they ripped me off for extended hours (my flight was delayed 2-3 hrs). Their hourly charge is very high.
