Houston's best kept secret. You won't feel like your'e in the middle of a city
Ho Chi Minh Trail, which is one of the Top 10 Trails in the world, offers views of Buffalo Bayou and River Oaks where a donkey may be seen from the overlook where purple trail connects with blue trail (where it seems the ground seems to open up).
One of the bayou trails seems to go on forever... Look out for bikers. Even excellent bikers will find parts of this trail difficult.
Awesome resource for runners on the go. I sure wish this existed when I lived in Houston. Cheap showers and lockers.
