We love Houston Bark Park and Alfie has the best time ever. The staff are amazing and Alfie loves them so much. When we have to be out of town, I love the peace of mind I have knowing he is in good hands and having fun with his friends. Leanne on the front desk is awesome and is so understanding with me as a first time dog mom. We love being able to check up on him via the cameras. We truly believe this is the best doggy daycare facility in Houston.....and Alfie agrees too!
Well, I guess this just isn't the place for my dog. Visiting for a second time to try to make sure this is the right place to board my dog, and I just don't get a good vibe from the front desk staff. This is the second time I have not been able to take a tour. Nope, can't tour because the dogs are inside due to weather. Look on the live cameras. One of the cameras is down. Really, oh well, that happens. No suggestion for a better time to come, and I didn't really get the impression that it mattered to her if I come back or not. Such a shame, since their outside facilities are so nice and spacious.

Very clean facility that is very organized. Parking is quite limited, which is the only downfall.
My dog has gone to Houston Bark Park at least once a week for the past year and half. Initially I was looking for a place where she could burn off some of her endless puppy energy - and whoa did she - but now it's just a fun place for her to socialize, be outside, and run in a huge yard with other energetic dogs. It is super clean, they have plenty of outdoor space, they're flexible with reservations, and the staff is made up of relaxed but attentive people who love their jobs and the dogs. If I could give a star for every time I heard them enthusiastically greet a dog by name, it would probably break Google. I love HBP!
