I have been trying to get child support since my daughter was 3 months old in 2013, it is now 2017 and she's 4 years old. They do not care and they do not even try. I haven't received a single penny of it. I find it hard to believe that her deadbeat dad keeps a job but they still can never with hold anything payments from his paycheck.
I guarantee that if it was the other way around they would have been with holding from my checks though. These people do not care and are just there to collect a paycheck. I've been in and out of this office atleast 30 times since 2013 and still have gotten no help or payments.
Hello im a ncparent im having problems getting the payments out of my payroll IV called and changed my work info a month and a half ago still nothing IV called and called and called spending all my lunch break doing this even on the clock and that's very dangerous were I work I wish this place would hire more people or something cause IV been trying to do my job
Ex wanted more child support ...they said i made 66k a year when only make 35k a year...880 a month for 1 child ...there nuts...they not look out for any of the fathers rights...taking this to the big court as we speak
For the last 4yrs I was paying double out of my paychecks. Child support was putting half in there little bank. I had enough to payoff my child support and be done. Me and the x signed the papers and she was to get the money over 7000. She was told she isn't getting anything? So who gets my money that I payed for my daughter?
