I have used the Modi Law Firm for my US Resident Alien Application and found Mr Modi and his staff to be both professional and compassionate while preparing and submitting my application - which was successful. Gaining any visa entry into the US is stressful and complicated, but Mr Modi and his team took care of my wife and I in such an outstanding manner that I would not hesitate to use them again.
Mr. Modi helped me with getting my elderly parents from India US citizenship. His team and him were outstanding. They met with me and took detailed notes about my case. Both my parents were not able to take the test and my mother was not able to attend the ceremony due to some medical issues. They worked with the immigration officials to make sure their case was dealt with appropriately. They followed up on a regular basis and kept me updated on the progress. On the day of the interview for my father, one of Mr. Modi's lawyer accompanied us to the interview and made sure everything went well, which it did. For my mother, the officer came to the house and delivered the certificate and performed the oath ceremony. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Modi and his team.
