Clock is ticking, let see how long it is until I have to call back and ask for an update. Their history of responding is terrible, if you judge by the several times I called over the past year and half with zero response. Either he needs to hire better staff (receptionists, paralegals) or fire them.
I'm not impressed so far by the service of the law firm or by the reviews. Both are 5 stars and both seem as if they were written by 5th graders or paid posters.
I'll update my review if/when I ever hear back from the firm regarding my case. One month and three weeks since I called and asked for an update. I had to call in today 4/28/17 just to ask yet again for a status update.
The building is very clean and the employees are very nice.
One review said clean building and good staff. Not sure how that justifies a 5 star review. How about commenting on the timeliness of the staff to respond to your inquires about your case? How amount whether or not the firm succeeded in litigating your case in a satisfactory manner?
