I also love the customer service at his office. Anytime I called with a question, such as, "Help! I'm broken down on the side of the road, what do I do?", I always had an answer. You won't get put on hold for forever and you won't have to deal with talking to someone you don't know when you call. I always know who answers the phone and they know me.
