I have been doing business with Kingspoint Insurance Agency for about 8 years. My family's auto, home and flood insurance is through Kingspoint. Kingspoint is absolutely the most customer service oriented business I spend money with. I am so impressed with Kingspoint's customer service I have gone out of my way to refer friends and they have all reported the same positive experience. The last friend I referred to Kingspoint told me that the insurance arranged through Kingspoint is literally half the cost of what they were paying previously. There are hundreds (if not thousands) of insurance agents in Houston, but Kingspoint's Don Le understands a basic premise that seems wasted on many people in the business world: customer service really matters. In 8 years I have NEVER once had an email or phone call go unanswered. I highly recommend Kingspoint to one and all.
the worst experience I've been through with an insurance agency. Been paying premium for 2 months and no policy has been sent to my business. Called numberous times and all I hear is how trustworthy they are that Travelers let them represent their insurance company and promises that they'll send again. 1 month later I received some forms that need more signatures. Which means that my policy hasn't been in effect. Can it be worse? yes, the address on policy is wrong. There couldnt be possibly any legitimate excuse why there is a "typo" on policy. No wonder I didnt receive anything from the agency. No words can express how stressful this experience has effected me. Enough said. I want nothing to do with this agency and recommend it to absolute no one. Still very frustrating.
very bad service. I signed up a rental insurance for one year and I moved out after one year lease, but the insurance automatically renewed my policy. Why? because this agent set auto renew for me without asking me. When I asked them to cancel the policy, it's more troublesome. I was asked to send in a cancelation request by fax, which I though should be canceled the policy. But when I called to the insurance company, I was told the policy is still active. I called back and forth for another 2 weeks, still not get my policy canceled. Don't try this company. It's bad. Really bad.
Very professional and service oriented, I have recommended Kingspoint to friends who have also been very pleased. That includes some friends who lost their home in the Bastrop wildfires and were highly complimentary of the support they got from Don Le at Kingspoint.
